Why I Do This Work

This isn’t just a business. It’s a calling - and I believe all of my traumas and healing explorations, were to prepare me to hold space, relate and support others as well.

Grief, trauma, burnout, and reinvention shaped the person I am—and the work I now share with others.

After losing loved ones, walking away from toxic relationships, and being diagnosed with PTSD, I dedicated myself to learning everything I could about how to truly heal—and help others do the same.

Now, I support others in creating lives and businesses that feel like home.

Ones that are emotionally sustainable, energetically aligned, and built around who they truly are—not who they’ve been told to be.
