To me, each certification represents another layer of depth and care. Each one was chosen to meet real human needs—my own, my clients’, and the ever-changing world we live in.

After more than 30 years in the wellness, coaching, and spa industries, I know one truth above all: transformation is never one-size-fits-all. What heals or helps one person might completely miss the mark for another.

So instead of limiting myself—or my clients—to one method or philosophy, I built a toolbox as diverse and nuanced as the people I serve.
