What Is Time Line Therapy®?
TLT uses your own internal “Time Line”—how you unconsciously sort memories and predict the future—to help you heal emotional wounds, resolve limiting beliefs, and change behaviors at the unconscious level.
Because behavior change doesn’t happen consciously, Time Line Therapy® works directly with your unconscious mind to shift how you respond to the present—so your reactions aren’t colored by the past.

Rather than resolving one emotional event at a time, Time Line Therapy® clears entire chains of negative emotion (called "gestalts") such as:
