A slow, intentional hour in a room where no one expects anything from you. No agenda. No performance. Just good energy, a warm cup of cacao, and a room of individuals choosing to pause.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal, with seating for up to 10 individuals. Sign-up is required and closes the day before each session. If registration has closed but you'd still like to attend, feel free to text to check for last-minute availability.

Drawing on Internal Family Systems, somatic parts work, Emotion Code, belief reprogramming, energy healing, and crystal therapy, her approach is layered by design — because real transformation rarely follows a single path.
A certified Emotion Code practitioner and energy healer, Jessy spent nearly a decade in victim advocacy and child protection before bringing that same steady, grounded presence to her healing work. Since 2022 she has helped hundreds of women release emotional baggage and regulate their nervous systems — without having to relive the pain. Her approach blends energetic release with nervous system science for shifts that go deeper than mindset work alone.
Each virtual session is held live on Zoom and led by Heather and Jessy based on what the group is holding that day. Sessions may include nervous system regulation, Emotion Code, energy healing, somatic work, crystal therapy, belief clearing, and parts work — layered in a way that supports your system without requiring you to think it through.
In-person sessions are held at the Self-Care Center on Venice Island — an intimate, unhurried space designed for exactly this kind of work. Each gathering is one slow, intentional hour. A warm cup of cacao. Crystals. Peaceful energy. A room of people choosing to pause together.
Both formats draw from the same depth of practice.
