SOME PERSONAL SHIT FOR YA'ALL...

I have been thrilled with my work helping individuals heal from anxiety, depression, trauma. It has been incredible! Beyond my expectations for at least year, maybe more.

Ironically, even thought my clients and I have been thrilled with their transformation, I have not been doing so well.

I have been going through a lot, working with some powerful healing modalities and experiencing that much of it has been REALLY intense to process.

Part of me LOVES this (All of me) and then I get too busy to really work through it - like the plumber with leaky pipes or the shoemaker with no shoes.

I say I get too busy when actually, it is probably more likely that it is resistance kicking in.

Historically, I am uncomfortable with change. Not just uncomfortable, almost terrified. And I am just as afraid of things staying the same. So resistance keeps me "safe" in limbo.

A few weeks ago I decided to really commit to myself and do the work that I provide for others: shadow work, clearing beliefs, balancing energy, changing mindset and all the things that will make my heart smile again.

I'm taking myself through my own 12 week Emotional Freedom Program.

I wanted to find the perfect environment for this journey. Even though the jungle worked a few years back, I'm changing it up - this time I picked the beach  🛬 ⛱ 🌊

If anyone would like to join me in my program, reach out to chat about it so you can decide if it a good fit for you too.

WHAT IF I TOLD YOU LETTING GO WAS THE ONLY WAY TO FULFILLMENT?

Would you think I was crazy?
Would you want more information?

I know I did when one of my mentors/coaches told me it was what I needed most at this time in my life and for my business.

It isn't a new concept but it is one I find a step beyond the Law of Attraction. And it scares the shit out of me.

It is the practice of SURRENDERING.

Man, this one can be difficult for those of us with anxiety, PTSD, depression and all of those things. It means letting go of control and the need to know 😦 COMPLETELY!

If you are like me, even the thought of this is Fucking Painful - It makes my palms tingle and my heart start to race.

During a conversation with my coach, she suggested a book. A really easy read - just a few hours ⏰

And WOW! How much can change about life from a few hundred pages!

The most interesting part about this was how EVERY SINGLE PERSON that I have spoken to since then has mentioned letting go, trusting the process, going with the flow, lowering expectations to decrease disappointment.

It does not feel like a coincidence. And I think the book set in motion this whole idea of flow, to help me ease into the practice of surrendering.

What could surrendering look like?

It could be allowing yourself to really sink into yourself, see your biggest dream, make your wish list, take some steps to get you closer to it AND stay flexible, maybe the way you think this goal will be achieved isn't the way at all. Be open.

If we stay so rigid and control freakish, we may put a block in the path that would get us where we would like to go or better yet, where we are MEANT to go.

It could be trusting in God, Source, the Universe or whatever type of higher power you believe in, to carry you along so you achieve and receive everything you are meant to at the exact time you are meant to.

The idea is "Who am I to assume i am certain about what is best for me? There is something leading me and I need to trust and flow."

Visually, I think of this as one of those lazy rivers at a water park.  🏞
You don't see people fighting the flow in those. You see people laying in the raft, floating along AND that is what makes is so relaxing and enjoyable.

No rush to get anywhere, you don't even have to make choices, the flow will take you to your destination.

Doesn't that sound so much more peaceful than the way we usually experience life?

This isn't the most elaborate of my posts but I figure it is enough to pique interest and for those of you it does, I would love to set up a time to chat. ☎️

I'll share with you the title of the book! 📕

We can see how this concept can serve you, your goals and overcoming your challenges.

We can also create a realistic way for you to begin to practice.

I will be traveling through the 11th and back to work on the 13th. You are welcome to message me before the 13th, just please understand if you receive a delayed response

"I thought I had done all the healing work...."

During two of my Discovery Consultations ☎️ with potential new clients, this week, both women said almost the same thing. It was along the lines of:

‟I have done so much healing work. I have dealt with my stuff, but I’m thinking maybe I haven’t because I am still not okay. I keep attracting people and situations that don’t feel right.“

This is a really common concern I hear when speaking with individuals who are considering my type of coaching. This is because we don't just work on surface level stuff; we are digging deep – REALLY DEEP.

Most women who call me, say they have invested hundreds of hours, thousands of $ and read dozens of 📚 for healing and it still doesn’t feel like they are where they thought they would be.

My new clients were expressing that they are frustrated. 😖

They felt like they have been spinning their wheels and their efforts have been pointless. I understand this frustration all too well.

You see, every obstacle you overcome, every level you reach is peeling away a layer – leaving something new raw and exposed.

Often this feels confusing because you may feel like you are back where you started. You may be reacting the same, feelings are usually somewhat similar, the triggers, the emotions feel like something you have experienced before..

This may sound awful, and why would anyone want to do this?!

But can I tell you – this is actually amazing!

This is what I shared with these two women:

It is only with this new rawness that you are able to get to the NEXT level, to create and even stronger connection with self and through this become that much more centered, unshakeable and sure about yourself.

I find that it is usually these vulnerable stages that ramp up our day-dreams of what life “should” look like.

These vulnerable stages also help us determine the feelings or situations we want to move further away from - which can inspire change, increase determination and courage.

New “pain” provides a reason to be introspective and evolve even more.

Do you agree, there is always another level?

I do and that because we are human, unless or until you reach enlightenment there will probably be some suffering in most if not all of them.

You can make use of the suffering though.
🦋 Allow it to give you purpose.
🦋 Allow it to make you more compassionate.
🦋 Allow it to help you be more generous and understanding.

It is providing you the opportunity to get clearer;
🔎 Clearer stronger boundaries
🔎 A Clearer, bigger why and
🔎 Clearer, stronger desires to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Allow this new level help you evolve.

As you grow and you experience these new vulnerable feelings - explore them. As if you can hold them in your hand and inspect every little detail.

Don’t be scared, the discomfort will go away soon enough, and it will be replaced with even more Wisdom and Confidence.

Move toward your next level of healing and when you are ready, I encourage you to get support. Find a coach or close friend to help you see the details from all different angles and perspectives. I’m always here if you would like to talk.

It can be so helpful to get an “emotional tour guide” who can help you travel deeper into yourself and your thoughts. Their objective perspective may help you discover hidden treasures about yourself that you either forgot existed or never had a chance to know before.

And here is some more great news:

Eventually, when a new level is exposed, what was once pain now just feels like a tap on the shoulder to get your attention so you can take a better look at what will best serve your highest-self.
