An accredited Attachment Theory coach and certified Therapeutic Coach with over 150 certifications and 30 years in wellness, Heather works at the intersection of emotional patterns, beliefs, and neuroplasticity to support lasting shifts in relational dynamics. Drawing on Internal Family Systems, somatic parts work, Emotion Code, belief reprogramming, energy healing, and crystal therapy, her approach is layered by design — because real transformation rarely follows a single path.

Jessy Pearson

A certified Emotion Code practitioner and trauma-informed energy healer, Jessy spent nearly a decade in victim advocacy and child protection before bringing that same steady, grounded presence to her healing work. Her approach blends energetic release with nervous system science for shifts that go deeper than mindset work alone.

A few things people ask before joining

Do I have to attend the sessions live?
Not at all. Sessions are offered live and recorded for the library — but here's what makes this different from anything else you've joined: you are receiving the healing regardless. Energy has no time or space. It doesn't have the containment we imagine our physical bodies to have. When we send the energy in a session, you are receiving it — whether you're present in the room, watching a replay, busy with your day, or fast asleep. Your participation isn't required. Only your openness to receive.
How is this different from therapy?
The Still Space is a coaching and healing membership, not therapy or mental health treatment. It works beautifully alongside therapy — and many members use both. Heather is an accredited therapeutic coach; Jessy is a trauma-informed energy healer. Neither is a licensed therapist or counselor.
What if I can't show up some months?
This is one of the only healing tools where your participation isn't required — just your openness to receive. The energy work reaches you regardless of whether you attend, watch, or even press play. Life gets full. The Still Space stays available. You can pause or cancel anytime with no penalties.
What does the VIP care package include?
Each month's package is curated around a theme and includes 1–2 crystals with intention cards, a nervous system or body support item (tea, cacao, adaptogens), a sensory self-care piece (candle, oil roller, bath soak), a reflection prompt card, and a QR code linking to a guided Yoga Nidra tied to the month's energy.
Is the founding member price really locked in?
Yes. As long as your membership remains active, you'll never pay more than the founding rate. This is our way of honoring the people who trust us early.
How do I cancel?
Simply email us or manage your subscription directly from your account. No hoops, no guilt, no pressure. We want you here because it's working for you.
